Ame are German duo Kristian Beyer & Frank Wiedemann. Inspired by the music of Stevie Wonder, WestEnd Rec, Transmat, Weather Report and Herbie Hancock, they make Detroit-influenced Deep House sounds, or rather music with soul. With a string of releases on Sonar Kollektiv, the Berlin label/network founded by Jazzanova and consisting of producers, musicans, DJs, graphic artists, and promoters, Ame's found much success with their massive track "Rej", played by everyone from Armin van Buuren to Sven Väth, Louie Vega to Luciano.
